IBS is ideal for those with stretch-goals in:

1) Extending their market reach, or contact demographics.
2)Developing cultural fluency, diversity or improving supply chain diversification.
3) Building networking skills, especially with diverse or international objectives.
4) Creating new thinking/business-partnerships in an era of innovation and globalism.

Our sponsors have made it highly affordable to meet key people from
- big business and small business, including:
- purchasing managers, entrepreneurs, business incubator
- development specialists, international networkers,
- supplier diversity professionals, community leaders,
- economic thinkers, and people who will give you new perspectives
on how to make a living, and a life.

Diversity is much more than race or gender. It is all the differences we bring to our businesses, economy and community. Diversity is wealth.

Competency & Performance Solutions is honored to be associated with the International Business Summit.
